Yes, the year 2012 is the 200th anniversary of Charles Dickens birth which includes worldwide celebrations. Looks like Philadelphia is celebrating in a BIG way. I saw this and thought of our display on the rolling cart at Archibald.
The art museum across the street had similar banners screaming "Van Gogh!" It seems that Philadelphians like to be clear about what's going on :)
